Our Team

Meet the Peak Consulting Engineering Team

James Mupa (Founder & Managing Director)

With a BEng (Hons) in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering and a Postgrade in Mechanical Engineering, James has over 15 years of experience. He specializes in designing and maintaining mechanical systems, including HVAC and pump systems, and public health engineering.

Ngqabutho Moyo (Electrical Engineer)

A Design Technologist with over 10 years of experience, Ngqabutho is an expert in electrical systems design and maintenance, including power, lighting, IT, and communication systems for commercial and residential buildings.

Nteboheng Mabaleha (Administrator/Finance)

Ntebo joined Peak Consulting in 2016 and is responsible for financial accounts and tender management. She holds a diploma in Internal Auditing and has over 10 years of experience.

Jonathan Sibanda (Business Developer/Marketing)

Jonathan is an experienced business developer with over 12 years of expertise in marketing, project management, and economic analysis. His role involves driving business growth for Peak Consulting.

Mduduzi Mnkhandla (Electrical Engineer)

Mduduzi Mnkhandla is a professional electrical engineer who holds a BEng Engineering Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe and Degree of Master of Engineering from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) He has more than 10 years’ experience in construction building services and electrification projects. He has been involved in projects that required interface with Eskom, Supply Authorities and various Municipalities.

Asanda Dyasi (Merchanical Engineer)

Asanda has obtained a Mechanical Engineering Diploma at Walter Sisulu University for Technology. He has more than 5 years’ experience in Mechanical engineering. Asanda fulfills the role of fire engineer. He has broad experience across the mechanical engineering spectrum and specializes in building services. Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Industrial Engineering, Pneumatics, and Project Management. Demonstrates strong proficiency in managing complex projects from conception to completion.

Morgan Havire. Pr Tech Eng (BTech in Electrical Engineer)

Morgan Havire is an electrical engineer with more than 33 years’ experience. He has experience that includes site surveys, design, supervision, testing and commissioning of new buildings and refurbishment of existing ones. He has undertaken major projects as a principal and lead design engineer responsible for all electrical and electronic services on projects in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Angola, Mozambique, Zambia and Equatorial Guinea.
